Neshama & Nourishment

SUPER CAESAR SALAD

A Taste of Torah: As a salad dressing adds a new dimension to Hashem's pure creations - vegetables - so Chassidus adds a new dimension to Hashem's pure Torah.

Tools
Large salad bowl
Small mixing bowl

Ingredients

Salad
1 Head of Romaine (or 2 Romaine Hearts)
1 English Cucumber, cut in Quarter Slices
1 Tomato, Chopped
1 Onion, Diced
1 package Osem Ceaser flavored Croutons

Dressing
1/3 Cup original Mayonaise (it doesn't work as well with the low-fat stuff)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 tsp White Vinegar
a few drops of water

Instructions
1.      Combine ingredients for salad in large bowl.

2.      Combine ingredients for dressing in a separate bowl.
       Mix well with a fork.

3.      Pour dressing over salad and toss well

If you use real Mayo, you won't believe the taste!

Note: Dressing also makes a great veggie dip!
